HCY™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase is based on HCY™ Taq DNA Polymerase modified by a special chemical modification method.HCY™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase has 5‘-3’ DNA polymerase activity and 5‘-3’ exonuclease activity. -3‘ exonuclease activity and no 3’-5′ exonuclease activity. The product carries an A base at the 3′ end and can be directly cloned with TA vector. HCY™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase activity is activated only after 10 minutes of pre-denaturation at 98°C, which inhibits non-specific amplification caused by non-specific annealing of primers or primer dimerisation at low temperature. The PCR reaction with this product can be operated at room temperature, and can effectively avoid the non-specific PCR background caused by the activity of common Taq enzyme or other heat-resistant DNA polymerase during room temperature operation.

HCY™ HotStart SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (2×) is suitable for qualitative and quantitative Real Time PCR using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. This product contains all common components such as HS-Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, SYBR Green I fluorescent dye, etc. It only requires the addition of template, primers and water for PCR amplification. This product adopts the optimised formulation of qPCR special Buffer, which can get a good standard curve and accurate quantification in a wide quantification region. This product is compatible with most manufacturers’ fluorescence PCR instruments, such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche. This product contains individually packaged ROX for use in PCR instruments that require ROX as a correction dye, which is designed to minimise inter-well variability by correcting for fluorescence fluctuations unrelated to PCR. Such differences can be caused by a variety of factors, such as pipetting errors and sample evaporation. Different quantitative PCR instruments have different requirements for ROX, so please select the concentration of ROX to be added according to the actual instrument used.
