Oral Cell Collection Card is a new type of medium for storing DNA with plant fiber as the carrier, designed for collecting, transporting and storing samples of all kinds of biological fluids, including saliva, cell culture fluids and other samples at room temperature. Through a unique formulation and production process, when a sample containing biological fluids comes into contact with the Oral Cell Collection Card, the color of the card changes from pink to white, indicating the area where the biological sample exists, making it easy for subsequent punching and PCR amplification.

Methods of use:

1. Sampling personnel please fill in the details of the subject on the front and back of the collection card according to the requirements, and pay attention not to open the collection card when writing to prevent contamination of the sample.
2. The subject rinses his/her mouth with water, takes out the oral swab, inserts it into the mouth with the sponge section, and wipes the inside of the cheek 5-10 times, and then wipes the other side of the cheek 5-10 times. Be sure to moisten the swab well and use different sides of the swab.
3. Place the oral swab on the ring of the pink oral cell collection card, hold the handle of the oral swab and squeeze it for 10 seconds, then crush it in the same place for 3 times, and you can see the collection area turn from pink to white.
4. After sampling, dry naturally for 5-10 minutes, then put it into the archive bag and keep it in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
