Methods of use:
Sampling personnel should fill in the details of the subject on the front and back of the collection card according to the requirements, and pay attention not to open the collection card when writing to prevent contamination of the sample.
The subject rinses his/her mouth with water, takes out the oral swab, inserts it into the mouth with the sponge section, and wipes the inside of the cheek 5-10 times, and then wipes the other side of the cheek 5-10 times. Be careful to keep the swab well moistened and use different sides of the swab.
Place the buccal swab on the ring of the pink buccal cell collection card, hold the handle of the buccal swab and squeeze it for 10 seconds, then crush it in the same place for 3 times, and you can see that the area of the collection turns from pink to white.
After sampling, dry it naturally for 5-10 minutes, then put it into the archive bag and keep it in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
