CY-90003 Sterile Polyester Swabs

CY-90003 Sterile Polyester Swab Swabs are made from 100% medical grade spun polyester. These cleanroom swabs are securely bonded to polystyrene shafts with a water-based adhesive. These swabs are manufactured to precise and consistent tolerances using a high precision automated process. The easy-to-open, individually wrapped swabs ensure sterility at the time of use. The swabs are visible through the papier-mâché packaging, along with the integrity of the seal.
Gamma irradiated to 10-6 sterility assurance level according to ISO13485 standards
Each pack is clearly labelled with the batch number and expiry date, and is individually wrapped in a paper-plastic bag, which is always in stock.
Irradiation and compliance certificates are included with each lot of swabs, confirming that the irradiation dose is within specification.
Pre-sterilised swabs eliminate the need to re-package, document and validate autoclavable safety swabs.
