[Intended use
Consisting of a sampler (with sampling spoon) and a tube containing preservation fluid, non-sterile provision. The preservation solution is mainly composed of potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, EDTA disodium salt, ethanol; total aerobic bacteria (CFU/mL) ≤200, total molds and yeasts (CFU/mL) ≤100.

How to use

1. Paste the sampling paper: Take out the sampling paper and open it, put the side with the words on it upward, and stick both sides of the sticky strip on the back side of the toilet.
2. Defecation: Defecate on the prepared sample paper. (Note: It is recommended to empty the urine before placing the sampling paper, otherwise the urine will contaminate the stool sample and affect the measurement results).
3. Collect feces: Open the feces collection tube and take a spoonful of feces with the sampling scoop (5mL size is about the size of a green bean, 25mL size is about the size of a peanut, and 40mL size is about the size of a red date).
4. Preservation of feces
   a. Insert the sampling spoon into the sample preservation tube, press the raised button on the top of the sampler handle with your thumb to separate the sampling spoon from the handle and drop it into the sample preservation tube, and then tighten the cap of the sample preservation tube (applicable to CY-F1-05 (2mL), CY-F1-05 (3mL), CY-F1-10 (2mL) and CY-F1-10 (3mL)).
   b. Insert the sampling spoon inside the sample preservation tube and tighten the cap of the sample preservation tube (applicable to CY-F2-05 (2mL), CY-F2-05 (3mL), CY-F2-10 (2mL), CY-F2-10 (3mL)).
5. Sample delivery: Samples are sent to the laboratory as soon as possible.

Contraindications and precautions
①This product is a single-use medical product, for single use only.
