TOC vials

TOC vials can be used in a variety of critical applications including USP and EP water quality testing; environmental testing; pharmaceutical industry purified water, water for injection and cleanliness verification testing; municipal drinking water industry sampling and testing.
Materials:
TOC vial gaskets are manufactured using imported Teflon and silicone raw materials to ensure product stability and sample integrity, and each vial is available with an optional dust cap design to avoid potential contamination that may be caused by laboratory misuse.
Ultra-clean: TOC vials are produced in an ISO9001 quality-controlled, Class 100,000 cleanroom, adding many more low-TOC reagent water cleaning steps than ordinary conventional vials, resulting in very low organic residue and ultra-cleanliness.

TOC sample bottles are suitable for most domestic and foreign brands of TOC analyzers, including GE Sievers, Tekmar, Shimadzu, Agilent, thermoelectric and other blowdown traps.
Sample bottles and caps are available in a wide range of sizes for analyzing volatile organic compounds (VOA), and the PTFE/silicone gaskets provide a soft seal and are very durable.
Assembled caps and gaskets are ready for immediate use.
Sample bottles are packaged in a dry environment and the packaging is specifically designed to minimize contamination.
Strict quality assurance provides consistency in sizing from lot to lot.

Each kit contains 72 40 mL certified TOC sample bottles and 80 low-TOC iCleanhcy® sampling swabs. iClean sampling swabs are used in biopharmaceutical and cleaning validation applications to ensure extremely low background TOC levels.
