It’s intended for use in the collection,transport and in vitro storage of human blood for multiple analyte

screening.

Principle

Collection & storage of blood spots on absorbent paper for subsequent screening for phenylketonuria

(PKU).

Body fluid including blood & saliva, tissue homogenate.

Storage & life time

36 month in dry, room temperature.

Sample validity

30 days validity if stored in room temperature; long term preservation if -80°C stored.

How to transfer blood to the card?

Tips of blood collection

1.Ensure the blood spot is almost full.

2. Place cards face up (spots exposed), Drying at room temperature for 3-8 hrs before put in biohazard

bag (4hrs recommended). Keep away from direct air flow, sunlight and heat.
