iClean® Saliva Collection Card

iClean® Saliva Swab Collection Kit is intended for the collection and stabilization of nucleic acid (DNA

or RNA) from human Saliva Samples.HCY Saliva Swab Kit is a self-collection kit at home consisting of

sterile individual wrapped foam swab and saliva collection card.

Tips before Collection:

1. Sponge tip does NOT touch hand or other thing before collection;

2. Donor should NOT eat, drink, smoke or chew gum for 30 minutes before collecting saliva sample.

Collection Steps:

1. Peel open the kit pouch, write down the donor information.

2. peel Open the swab pouch,collect the specimen vigorously on both side cheek

3. Press the foam tip vigorously on the saliva collection card, foam liquid specimen will be transfered to

the card(card will display pink color when absorb the liquid). fold the card, put back to the pouch。
