iClean® Viral Transport System (VTM-RT)

iClean® Viral Transport System (VTM-RT) is intended for the collection, storage, & transport of

clinical specimens containing viruses(including Monkeypox & Covid-19), chlamydiae,

mycoplasma, or ureaplasma from the

collection site to the testing laboratory.

It provides swabs for specimen collection and labeled screw-cap tubes containing Viral Transport

Medium (VTM) for culture,storage, and transport of biological specimen.

The iClean® Viral Transport System (VTM-RT) is mainly used for the collection and preservation of clinical samples and plays an important role especially in virus detection.
It efficiently collects samples containing viruses, such as nasopharyngeal swabs, sputum, etc., and preserves them stably in the transport medium to ensure the integrity and stability of the viruses.
During sample transport, the system maintains a suitable environment for the samples to prevent virus inactivation or degradation and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
