Real-Time fluorescent quantitative PCR

Features

Nucleic acid detection of 4-plex viruses within 25 minutes

1. Fast detection speed: One round of molecular nucleic acid detection can be completed in

25 minutes

2. Compact portable design

Only 2.6kg, Size:18.8*24.7*13.3cm,

3. LOD. 500 copies/ml.

4. Compatible with 0.2ml universal PCR standard tubes.

5. WIFI networking & online data transfer

6. Touch screen interface

7. Core Technology.Equipped with a Multi-wavelengths 4-channel direct imaging fluorescence optical

system, powered by ultra-low-light CMOS Bio-imaging sensor

Our product adopts our in-house ULS24 “ultra-low-light CMOS image sensor (CIS) chip”, which has the

advantages of ultra-high sensitivity, large dynamic range of detection, and low noise.

High sensitivityl fluorogenic detection can be achieved without refrigeration mechanism, providing the

PCR instrument with capability of single copy detection. Its ability to take pictures simultaneously of all

576 pixels on a single chip can achieve higher data consistency than ordinary photoelectric sensors.

Advantages of multi-channel fixed optical splitting and filtering imaging system

(1) No moving scanner, more stable and reliable

(2) No moving parts inside the instrument, maintenance-free

(3) Long-term use with no need for periodic calibration, which is expensive and laborious

(4) Chip imaging system for instantaneous, simultaneous and faster collection of fluorescence from all wells

(5) One chip per fluorescence channel, with no time interval between wells, good uniformity

(6) Long-life maintenance-free LEDs. The free-form surface concentrating system has the excitation light

intensity increased by 200%, resulting in high cost effectiveness

(7) No reference fluorogenic dye calibration required

(8) Multiplexing, with up to 64 indexes for singledetection. Customizable for 6 color fluorescence channel, with up to 96 indexes for single detection
