Usage:

Relax cheeks and gently rub for thirty seconds to produce saliva
Spit gently into the saliva collection funnel into the saliva collector for approximately 2ml.
Take care to avoid excessive foaming when collecting saliva (the upper layer of foam is not counted)
Open the DNA preservation solution tube and unscrew the cap.
Pour the DNA preservation liquid into the saliva collector and confirm that the stratified interface between the liquid and the upper layer of foam in the sample collection reaches the 4ml mark shown.
Unscrew the collection funnel from the spiral mouth of the saliva collector and remove the funnel (according to the since oh waste disposal, avoid contact, pollution) ⑦, take the tube cap screwed on the sample collection tube, up and down to mix the liquid in the tube, so that the DNA preservation liquid and saliva samples are fully mixed, to complete the collection of samples.

Precautions:

Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum for 30 minutes prior to collecting a saliva sample
Most people take 2-5 minutes to collect a saliva sample following the steps above.
Before starting the saliva collection, relax your cheeks and gently massage your cheeks with your fingers for 15-30 seconds to produce saliva.
Make sure the outer packaging of the saliva sample collection tube is intact and check the saliva preservation fluid tube to make sure there is no leakage. Important Note: Saliva collection fluid is not usable!
Under room temperature storage conditions, saliva collection samples collected by this product can be stably stored for 12 months, and high quality, high molecular weight DNA fragments can be isolated during the storage period. Due to individual differences in samples, the specific storage period fluctuates from sample to sample.
