Saliva collection card (indication type) is a new generation of biological sample preservation card, the card is impregnated with high performance components that indicate the presence of the sample and facilitate the preservation of the sample, so that the DNA samples remain stable under cool and dry conditions, and the pink indicator can be preserved permanently without discolouration, which makes it convenient for review and re-examination and suitable for the use of direct-expansion reagents.
Oral Cell Collection Card is a new type of medium for storing DNA with plant fibre as the carrier, designed for the collection, transport and storage of various biological fluids, including saliva, cell culture fluids and other samples at room temperature. Through a unique formulation and production process, when samples containing biological fluids come into contact with the Oral Cell Collection Card, the colour of the card changes from pink to white, indicating the area where the biological samples are present, which facilitates subsequent punching and PCR amplification.

How to use:

1. The sampling personnel should fill in the details of the sampled person on the front and back of the collection card according to the requirements, and pay attention not to open the collection card when writing to prevent contamination of the sample.
2. The subject rinses his/her mouth with water, takes out the oral swab, inserts it into the mouth with the sponge section, and wipes the inside of the cheeks 5-10 times, and then wipes the other side of the cheeks 5-10 times. Be careful to keep the swab well moistened and use different sides of the swab.
3. Place the buccal swab on the ring of the pink buccal cell collection card, hold the handle of the buccal swab and squeeze it for 10 seconds, then crush it in the same place for 3 times, and you can see that the area of the collection has changed from pink to white.
4. After sampling, dry it naturally for 5-10 minutes, then put it into the archive bag and keep it in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
