Cell Preservation Solution, DNA Preservation Solution
Used for the preservation and transport of cells sampled from the human body for the purpose of in vitro analysis and detection only, not for therapeutic use.
Test Principle:
Potassium and sodium ions provide the cells with the required nutrient environment, and the appropriate buffer energy can maximise the morphological integrity of the cells, so that they can be fully suspended and dispersed. Ethanol can fix the cell and virus structure, preserve the cell and virus morphology and avoid the cleavage of the cell by intracellular proteases and the digestion of nucleic acids by nucleic acid digestive enzymes, preserving the integrity of protein and nucleic acids for subsequent analysis. Anticoagulants are used to chelate heavy metal ions introduced into the solution to prevent cell coagulation. The ultimate goal is to maintain the integrity of cell morphology and nucleic acids in the preservation solution.
Usage:
①, before sampling, mark the relevant sample information on the label of the sampling tube.
②, use the sampling swab (or collector) for sampling.
③, after sampling, quickly put the sampling swab into the sampling tube with cytosolic preservation solution, break the part higher than the sampling tube (or put the sample collected by the collector into the sampling tube with cytosolic preservation solution and mix it well), and then tighten the cap of the tube.
Product performance indicators:
①, the cell preservation liquid is colourless and transparent liquid. The surface should be smooth, flat, clean, no deformation, dirt, liquid leakage phenomena
②, the capacity of each cell preservation solution is 0.2ml/0.3ml/0.5ml/0.6ml/0.8ml/1ml/2ml/3ml/5ml/100ml.
(iii) The pH value of the cell preservation solution should be within the range of 7.0~7.6
④, take oral cells, nasal cells and other samples in the cell preservation solution, the cell morphology should be intact, no obvious contraction, swelling.
Precautions for use:
①, this product is only used for in vitro diagnosis
②, after collecting cell samples with a sampling swab, the head of the sampling swab should be completely immersed in the sample preservation solution to maximise cell retention.
③. If the amount of cells is found to be on the low side during the preparation, the amount of sample can be increased appropriately.
④, the sampled sample must be fresh and fixed in time to avoid cell autolysis.
Note: This cell preservation solution is for in vitro diagnostic use and cannot be used for internal or external use in humans or animals. If swallowed, it can lead to serious incidents; it is irritating to eyes and skin, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, flush with water. Ventilation should be maintained during use.
