CY-90003 Sterile Polyester Swab Swabs are made of 100% medical grade spun polyester. These cleanroom swabs are securely bonded to the polystyrene shaft with a water-based adhesive. These swabs are manufactured to precise and consistent tolerances using a high precision automated process. The easy-to-open, individually wrapped swabs ensure sterility at the time of use. The swabs are visible through the paper-plastic packaging, along with the integrity of the seal.
Gamma irradiated to a 10-6 sterility assurance level in accordance with ISO13485 standards
Each package is clearly labeled with the lot number and expiration date, and is individually wrapped in a paper-plastic bag that is always in stock.
Irradiation and compliance certificates are included with each lot of swabs, confirming that the irradiation dose is within specifications.
Pre-sterilized swabs eliminate the need to re-package, document and validate autoclavable safety swabs.
