TOC Sample Bottle

To prevent contamination problems caused by laboratory errors, TOC sample bottles and caps are available in a range of sizes for analysing volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The PTFE/silicone cushion is soft and airtight, and the dust cap remains closed when filling with water and is removed when placing the sample, effectively avoiding potential contamination caused by laboratory errors.
A polyethylene dust cap is pre-installed on each cap to protect the spacer from particulate build-up prior to analysis, while precisely controlled tightening of the cap ensures a tight seal and avoids cap damage or deformation due to over-tightening.

The TOC sample bottle gaskets are manufactured using imported Teflon and silicone raw materials. Teflon material has excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and its non-adhesion ensures that the gasket components do not penetrate into the sample during TOC testing. Silicone material with its unique physicochemical properties, such as electrical insulation, temperature resistance and waterproof effect, as well as soft hardness, to ensure that the autosampler needle puncture does not leak, no residual sample accumulation.
