Canine Parvovirus Antigen Test Kit (colloidal gold method)
Intended use

Canine Parvovirus (CPV) belongs to the family of Parvoviridae, genus Parvovirus. Canine Parvovirus is highly resistant to commonly used disinfectants and can survive in feces for months to years. Canine poliovirus is highly contagious and can infect dogs of different ages, genders and breeds, and it is especially easy to infect underage puppies. Dogs infected with canine microvirus have a rapid onset of disease and a high mortality rate. Clinical manifestations are vomiting and diarrhea. This kit is used for the detection of canine microvirus antigen in canine feces, rectum and vomit.
Principle of reaction

Rapid immunochromatographic detection technology for the detection of canine microvirus antigen. After the sample is added to the spiking well, it moves along the chromatographic membrane with the colloidal gold labeled anti-CPV monoclonal antibody. If CPV antigen is present in the sample, it binds to the antibody on the detection line and appears in burgundy color. If CPV antigen is not present in the sample, no color reaction occurs.

Sample requirements]

This kit is only suitable for testing canine fecal, rectal and vomit samples.
The test sample is collected fresh and put into the dilution solution immediately, and the diluted sample should be tested as soon as possible within 1 hour.
If it can not be detected in time, the diluted sample can be stored at 2-8℃ for 24 hours and -20℃ for 1 month.

Wait 10-15 minutes at room temperature for the test result to be read, the result is invalid after more than 20 minutes.
Note: The above reading time is carried out at room temperature 15-30 ℃, if the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, the reading time should be extended appropriately; if the temperature is higher than 30 ℃, the reading time should be shortened appropriately.
[Judgment of results
