How to use the genetic test sampling kit:

Ask the subject to rinse his/her mouth three times and wait patiently for 30 minutes after the mouth has been cleaned. During this time, please do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum.
While the examinee is waiting, remove the plastic package in person, open the sampling box, give the examinee the introduction of the genetic test, product classification instructions, specimen collection instructions and other information (for minors, please leave it to their parents to manage), check whether the sampling kit is intact, and if it is damaged, please replace the sampling kit.
Paste the barcode on the genetic test retention card, the information sheet, the two specimen tubes and the return box, and give the retention card with the barcode to the examinee (for minors, please leave it to their parents) to facilitate the inquiry of the report in the future.
After the attention is completed, please ask the examinee (parent) to fill in the Health Information Sampling Form, use block letters to fill in truthfully and completely, and sign the form.
Use the sampling swab for DNA sampling;
Put the two specimen tubes and the Health Information Sampling Form back into the sample return box and secure it with foam, and finally fill in the name on the return box and the outer box.
