Bottle Caps: The Perfect Combination of Sealing and Dustproofing
In order to prevent contamination due to laboratory errors, Brilliance TOC sample bottles and caps have been designed to meet the stringent standards for analysing volatile organic compounds (VOA), with a soft sealing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)/silicone gel spacer, and a dust cap that stays closed when filling the bottle with water and removes when placing the sample, to avoid potential contamination due to laboratory errors.
A polyethylene dust cap is pre-installed on each cap to protect the spacer from particulate build-up prior to analysis, while precisely controlled tightening of the cap ensures a tight seal and avoids cap damage or deformation due to over-tightening.
Bottle Gasket: Double Guarantee of Corrosion Resistance and Non-Stickiness
Brilliance Yang TOC sample bottle gaskets are produced using imported Teflon and silicone raw materials. The Teflon material has excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and its non-adhesion ensures that the components of the bottle gaskets will not penetrate into the samples during TOC testing.
