cell preservation solution

Used for the preservation and transport of cells sampled from the human body for the purpose of in vitro analysis and detection only, not for therapeutic use.

Principles of testing cell preservation solutions:
Potassium, sodium ions for the cells to provide the required nutritional environment, the right buffer energy can maximise the maintenance of the morphological integrity of the cells, so that they are fully suspended and dispersed. Ethanol can fix the cells, viral structure, preservation of cells, viruses, and avoid the cell not protease cleavage of cells and nucleic acid digestive enzymes on the digestive effect of nucleic acids, preserving the integrity of protein and nucleic acids for subsequent analysis. Anticoagulants are used to chelate heavy metal ions introduced into the solution to prevent cell coagulation. The ultimate goal is to maintain the integrity of cell morphology and nucleic acids in the preservation solution.

Product Performance Indicators of huachenyang Cell Preservation Solution:
The cell preservation liquid is colourless and transparent liquid. The surface should be smooth, flat and clean, no deformation, dirt or leakage of liquid
The capacity of each cell preservation liquid is 0.2ml/0.3ml/0.5ml/0.6ml/0.8ml/1ml/2ml/3ml/5ml/100ml.
The pH value of the cell preservation solution should be within the range of 7.0~7.6
Take oral cells, nasal cells and other samples in the cell preservation solution, the cell morphology should be intact, no obvious contraction, swelling.

How to use the cell preservation solution:
Before sampling, label the sampling tube with the relevant sample information
Sample with a sampling swab (or sampler).
After sampling, quickly place the sampling swab into the sampling tube containing the cytosolic preservation solution, break the portion of the tube that is higher than the sampling tube (or put the sample collected by the sampler into the sampling tube containing the cytosolic preservation solution and mix it well), and screw the cap on tightly.
Caution:
This product is for in vitro diagnosis only
After collecting cell samples with the sampling swab, the head of the sampling swab should be completely immersed in the sample preservation solution to maximise cell retention.
If the amount of cells is found to be low during the preparation of the film, the amount of sample can be increased appropriately.
The sampled sample must be fresh and fixed in time to avoid cell autolysis.
Note: This cell preservation solution is for in vitro diagnostic use, and cannot be used for internal or external use in humans or animals. If swallowed, it may lead to serious incidents; it is irritating to eyes and skin, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, flush with water. Ventilation should be maintained during use.
