HCY™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase is based on HCY™ Taq DNA Polymerase modified by a special chemical modification method.HCY™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase has 5′-3′ DNA polymerase activity and 5′-3′ exonuclease activity. ‘-3′ exonuclease activity and no 3′-5′ exonuclease activity. The product carries an A base at the 3’ end and can be directly cloned with TA vector.HCY™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase activity is activated only after 10 minutes of pre-denaturation at 98°C, which can inhibit non-specific amplification caused by non-specific annealing of the primers or primer dimerization under low temperature conditions. This product uses optimized formula of qPCR special buffer, which can get a good standard curve in a wide quantification region and accurate quantification. This product is compatible with most manufacturers’ fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments, such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche.
This product contains individually packaged ROX for use in PCR instruments that require ROX as a correction dye, which is designed to minimize well-to-well variation by correcting for fluorescence fluctuations unrelated to PCR. Such differences can be caused by a variety of factors, such as pipetting errors and sample evaporation. Different PCR instruments have different requirements for ROX, so please select the concentration of ROX to be added according to the actual instrument used. Please refer to the following table for the type of ROX required by commonly used instruments.
