HCY™ Mycoplasma haemofelis(Mhf) Real-time PCR Detection Kit (Lyophilized Bead)

HCY™ Feline Mycoplasma Haemophilus (Mhf) Fluorescence Quantitative Test Kit (Lyophilized Microspheres) is a fluorescence quantitative assay for the detection of Feline Mycoplasma Haemophilus (Mhf) in blood and other samples. Specific primers and Taqman probes are designed with the conserved gene of Mhf-type feline hemophilic mycoplasma, and amplified by fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument. Meanwhile, this kit uses the cat RPS7 gene as the internal reference gene, which meets the requirements of indoor quality control in the whole process from sampling, sample purification to on-line testing.

1. Quality by design (QbD)

The test is designed to typify three species of Mycoplasma haemophilum (Mhf, CMhm and CMt), and 828 sequences of feline Mycoplasma haemophilum listed in NCBI GenBank are compared for homology and constructed for evolutionary tree analysis.
This test kit is designed and developed based on the above gene sequences of endemic pathogens in different regions of the world, which fully ensures the accuracy and validity of the test. At the same time, special bases are introduced in the primer sequence synthesis process to reduce the risk of missed detection due to gene mutation.

2. Detection Sensitivity and Amplification Efficiency (LoD and PCR Efficiency)

Using real clinical samples, the test was carried out after continuous gradient dilution, and the results showed that the linear characteristics were good, and the calculated copy number could be as low as 1 copies/Test, and the calculation of the experimental data set showed that the R2=0.998, and the amplification efficiency E=94.54%.
