TOC vials

TOC vials can be used in a variety of critical applications including USP and EP water quality testing; environmental testing; pharmaceutical industry purified water, water for injection and cleanliness validation testing; and municipal drinking water industry sampling.
Materials:
TOC vial gaskets are manufactured using imported Teflon and silicone raw materials to ensure product stability and sample integrity, and each vial is available with an optional dust cap design to avoid potential contamination that may be caused by laboratory misuse.
Ultra-clean: TOC vials are manufactured in an ISO9001 quality-controlled, Class 100,000 cleanroom, with many additional low-TOC reagent water cleaning steps than normal conventional vials, resulting in very low organic residue and ultra-cleanliness.

The TOC sample bottle is suitable for most domestic and foreign brands of TOC analysers, including GE Sievers, Tekmar, Shimadzu, Agilent, Thermo Electron and other blowdown traps.
Sample bottles and caps are available in a wide range of sizes for analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOA), with PTFE/silicone gaskets for a soft seal and high durability.
Assembled caps and gaskets are ready for immediate use.
Sample bottles are packed in a dry environment and the packaging is specially designed to minimise contamination.
Strict quality assurance provides consistency in sizing from lot to lot.
The iCleanhcy Cleaning Verification Kit contains sampling swabs with a low-TOC background. Each kit contains 72 40 mL certified TOC sample bottles and 80 low-TOC iCleanhcy® sampling swabs. iClean sampling swabs are used in biopharmaceutical, cleaning and validation applications to ensure very low background TOC levels.
