Toxoplasma gondii Antibody Detection Reagent Product Description

Toxoplasma gondii Antibody Antibody Detection Kit is used to detect antibodies against Brucella canis in canine whole blood or serum, for infection screening and auxiliary diagnosis of Brucella canis.
Canine brucellosis (Brucellosis) is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by Brucella canis (Brucella canis), with clinical manifestations characterized by insidious bacteremia and reproductive disorders in dogs. Brucella belongs to the Aspergillus family Brucellaceae, Brucella genus, is a Gram-stain-negative non-motile, pod-membrane-less, parasitic intracellular small spherical rod-shaped bacteria. The main route of transmission of this disease is the digestive tract, susceptible dogs through contact with infected animals, secretions or ingestion of pathogen-contaminated feed and drinking water and infection, most of the hidden infection, a few can be manifested as acute and slow acute disease, abortion and infertility and other clinical symptoms.
Principle of reaction

Toxoplasma gondii Antibody Test Kit is a rapid immunochromatographic technique for the detection of canine brucellosis antibody in canine whole blood or serum. After dropping the diluted sample into the spiking well, if BRU antibody is present in the sample, it will specifically bind to the colloidal gold-labeled recombinant protein, forming a complex that moves together along the chromatographic membrane and is captured by the BRU antigen encapsulated on the membrane, displaying a burgundy line on the detection line (T). If there is no BRU antibody in the sample, no visible line will form at the T position. This C line should be colored regardless of negative or positive results, otherwise the result is judged invalid.

How to use Toxoplasma gondii antibody body test kit

[Sample requirements

This kit is only suitable for testing whole blood or serum samples from dogs and cats.
The test sample is collected fresh and put into the dilution solution immediately, and the diluted sample should be tested as soon as possible within 1 hour.
If the sample can not be tested in time, it can be stored at 2-8℃ for 24 hours and -20℃ for 1 month.
[Detection method

Before use, it is necessary to return the test card and dilution solution to room temperature and read the instructions of the kit carefully.
Use whole blood samples of dogs and cats, and let it stand for 30 minutes to analyze or separate serum and plasma by centrifugation for spare.
Tear open the foil pouch of the test card, take out the test card, and place it on a flat, clean countertop.
Using a pipette, add 2 drops of whole blood or serum to the sample well, then add 1 drop of diluent to start the timer and wait for results.
Wait 10-15 minutes at room temperature for the test result to be read; results after 20 minutes are invalid.
Note: The reading time is performed at room temperature 15-30°C. If the temperature is lower than 15°C, the reading time should be extended appropriately; if the temperature is higher than 30°C, the reading time should be shortened appropriately.
